The Board is empowered by the Gambling Act to make allocations to Lottery distribution committees; the Minister responsible for the Board for distribution for community purposes; and this statutory bodies – A worldwide promotion for Disabled, Employed and Unemployed Workers, Retired, Young & Old people.
